At a Danish elementary school, the 2nd and 3rd grade classes have spent nearly a full school year using just a few minutes of Body and Breathing focus as a regular part of their daily routine. The goal is: bringing calm and balance to the brain and nervous system. And it works amazing!

It’s about time to share the story of my collaboration with a Danish elementary school named Birkhovedskolen. A partnership that began when the school’s deputy head reached out to me unsolicited in 2023.
