How to use the program

The program is much more intense than you can imagine. Therefore, please be kind to yourself, and register how you react to the exercises. 

I may be too much in the beginning to do the full program for some of you, others do not mind at all. If you have a negative reaction, it will be because it is an overload of vagus and parasympathetic stimulation. Then please break the program into bits and pieces, at do a little piece every day during a week. 

Breaking down the program, will lead you to know all the exercises. Then slowly you will be able to progress, and you will find your favorite things to do every day, like brushing your teeth.

Bring the exercises with you during your day also. And please give yourself that gift to do the whole program as often as possible for at least a few months. Or maybe it is going to be one of your favorites that you will never let go of! 

Do not use too much strength or too much energy during the exercises. It must feel light, easy, and enjoyable. And we do not do too many repetitions. It is much better to do exercises on a daily basis, instead of an overload once a week. Like you brush your teeth every day!
