When using rolled towel, balls, rollers or other things to roll or move your body over… you should NOT do the erxercises under following circumstances:

  • If you have osteoporosis
  • If you have wounds
  • If you have severe pain
  • If you have an acute injury

You should also know that major emotional reactions can occur when the connective tissue is stimulated - and the many sensory receptors are awakened and send messages to the brain.

When you release tensions that have set in to “protect” you through your history, the history can reappear… and it can be enormously overwhelming, anxiety-provoking or immediately liberating.

In short words, there are many effects of working with the connective tissue and loosening the tight areas, physically and mentally.
