Breath Pillow

The Breath Pillow as a true companion for Lotte Paarup. It is a specially designed pillow for breathing exercises. When using the pillow as shown in the video below, you will adjust the position of the Diaphragm in a direct connection to the pelvis. This will ensure a fuller, deeper, wider and easier 3D breath.

It's not a regular pillow that is placed under the head. It is generally very useful for anyone in need of a pillow that promotes relaxation in the neck and shoulders.

The Breath Pillow is filled with organic buckwheat hulls.

Take good care of the Breath pillow. Only the cover of the pillow can be washed at 30 degrees, and no tumble drying. It is not suitable for dry cleaning.
