Biomechanics of breathing
The purpose of this site is to present the basics of my work in the field of breathing. As I find it very important to teach, understand and focus on the biomechanics and movements of breathing.
The fact that breathing is movement inside of you, that can also be felt outside of you. Also that breathing is in fact simple.
If the body has lost the ability to breathe freely and with too much resistance, physically as well as mentally, you will fight to breathe.
Freeing up the breath is the most important tool for selfcare and health both physically and mentally.
Breath is movement
Breathing is a movement inside of you that can be felt both inside and outside of you 24/7 all life.
In our programs we are simply working on that basic breath, that are too often a missing link between you and more traditional breathing exercises.

Breathing is simple
Just at simple as breathing through your nose can be, just as difficult it can be.
The same applies to the ability to use the lungs optimally and have a free, balanced and effortless breath for all life's tasks.
With simple exercises and tools, you can receive the help you need.
3D breathing through the nose
To breathe 3-dimensionally through your nose, you cannot be too tight in your ribs, your back, your pelvis or in your abs in the front.
All dimensions of the breath needs to be free and flexible in any life task. It is also the basic for being able to breathe through your nose 24/7.
We should breathe and focus on our breath, not only in our abdomen, but in our whole ribcage - the whole spine, front back and sides and bottom top of our trunk.
So all of my exercises, all of my commutation and education works on facilitating that 3-dimensional breath.

I strongly encourage you to work on your breathing basics. Making sure, that you are a fantastic 3D breather through your nose. This gives you full power of your yoga, meditation, run, ice and life!
